Support Subscriptions can be purchased for TK Tek Support. TK Tek will attempt to respond within 24 hours (including weekends) of your support request, but we ask that you give us 2 business days to respond. In the even that TK Tek cannot respond to support requests within this time frame, there will be a notice posted on the TK Tek website indicating so. Please submit a support ticket for assistance - see My Account.
